Welcome to Spencerville Adventist Academy!

Spencerville Adventist Academy is a Christian Pre-K - 12 school, owned and operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. SAA is committed to providing a robust academic program filled with enrichment opportunities within a safe, nurturing, Christ-centric learning environment. Our mission is to provide a distinctly Seventh-day Adventist Christian education preparing the whole person for service to God and man and for eternal life. SAA classes are rigorous, relevant, and real world, preparing students for academic progression, leadership, service, and a Christian lifestyle. 

When to Apply

2024 - 2025 Application Dates
  • Application Opens: December 8, 2023
  • Re-enrollment for current families: January 8th – 29th, 2024
  • New Spencerville Church member families completed applications review begins: January 29th, 2024
  • All new families completed applications review begins: February 13th, 2024
  • Priority application deadline: July 15th, 2024
  • Completed applications waitlisted for review begins: July 15th, 2024
  • 2024 -2025 application closes: August 5th, 2024

 

 

 

 

 

 

How to Apply

  1. Complete and submit the online application, which includes the $75 application fee.*
  2. Submit all additional documentation required for the application packet to be complete. The additional documentation is outlined in the online application.
  3. After your online application is submitted, you can track when the school has received the required supplemental application forms. The registrar will send you an admissions status notification letter frequently, to keep you updated on the status of your application.
  4. If applicable: additional information may be requested, such as an interview or testing before action will be taken on the application. If this is needed, the registrar will reach out to you directly.
  5. Up until July 15th, 2024 the admissions committee reviews completed student applications once a week. Only completed applications will be reviewed. A completed application includes a submitted online application, the application fee, and all supplementary documentation. Additionally, up until July 15th, 2024 decision letters will be sent to families once a week.**
  6. Parents who have received an acceptance notification letter for their student(s) will receive instructions for enrollment. The applicant’s spot is not secured until the enrollment packet is submitted, and the registration fee is paid.

*Completion of the online application and payment of application fee does not guarantee enrollment for your student. Students must receive a formal admission offer letter of acceptance, completion of the enrollment packet, and pay the registration fee to be considered enrolled at SAA.

**After July 15th, 2024, the admissions committee will review completed student applications and decision letters will be sent when time permits. This process can take up to 2 weeks.
